WARSAW, INDIANA ▸ ARCADE RENTALS
Warsaw is practically our backyard — the full 15-game arcade trailer rolls into the Kosciusko County seat for fair week, school after-prom lock-ins, and employer breakroom events, with free delivery since we're only about 10 miles up the road.
We're based in North Webster, Indiana (ZIP 46555) — Warsaw, the Kosciusko County seat, is roughly 10 miles away via SR-13, one of the shortest drives we make all week. Winona Lake is right next door, so anything on that side of the county is just as close.
Delivery is completely free inside our 25-mile radius of ZIP 46555, and Warsaw sits well within it — there's no mileage line item to add to your quote. Being this close also means we can turn around a last-minute booking faster than anywhere else on our service map, and it's why long-term monthly placements pencil out best for Warsaw businesses: no delivery fee eats into the math.
We handle all loading, setup at your venue, and teardown at the end — Warsaw customers never touch a cabinet.
The Kosciusko County Fair is the kind of week-long draw the arcade trailer was built for. Instead of booking a single day, fair committees lean on our 5-Day and Full Week multi-day packages — one delivery fee, all 15 games on site from opening gate to the final night. Fairgoers who walk past on Monday come back with the kids by Thursday, and the claw machine doubles as a prize booth you can stock yourself.
We coordinate directly with fair organizers on placement, power, and teardown timing so the trailer never conflicts with the midway or grandstand schedule.
After-prom committees at Warsaw Community Schools and the Winona Lake-area youth groups book the Level 6 trailer package — a 24-hour rental — to keep seniors on campus all night instead of scattering to unsupervised parties. The trailer arrives before the dance ends and runs until sunrise, which gives chaperones a reason to relax and gives seniors a reason to actually stay.
Spring prom season books up early here — Kosciusko County committees typically lock in their date by February, so we'd rather hear from you too early than too late.
Warsaw is known worldwide as the Orthopedic Capital — Zimmer Biomet, DePuy Synthes, and the supply chain around them employ a huge share of the county. That makes long-term breakroom and lobby placements a natural fit: a 3-to-7-game bundle on free play turns a shift-change breakroom into somewhere employees actually want to spend their 15 minutes. No delivery fee and no card readers to maintain — just a flat monthly rate.
Correct. Delivery is free anywhere inside 25 miles of our North Webster base, and Warsaw is only about 10 miles out. The price you see on the rates table is the price you pay — no mileage surcharge added at checkout.
Yes — that's exactly who our monthly plans are built for. Three games on free play start at $100/month with a 6-month minimum, and we handle delivery, setup, and ongoing maintenance for the life of the placement.
For fair week, reach out as soon as the fair board sets dates — multi-day bookings fill first. For after-prom, Warsaw and Winona Lake committees typically confirm by February for a spring dance.
Yes. Winona Lake sits right next to Warsaw, so every rate, package, and the free-delivery radius above applies there as well.
