FORT WAYNE, INDIANA ▸ ARCADE RENTALS
The full 15-game arcade trailer rolls up to your Fort Wayne event — corporate parks, church youth nights, Airbnb properties, birthday parties, and more. One trip, zero hassle, no quarters needed.
We're based in North Webster, Indiana (ZIP 46555) — Fort Wayne is roughly 45 miles away via US-30, an easy drive that keeps our schedule flexible even for same-week bookings.
Delivery is free within 25 miles of our base. Fort Wayne falls 20 miles outside that radius, so the honest delivery cost is $80 round trip (20 mi × $2/mile each way). We quote this upfront — no surprises on your invoice. Most competitors bury delivery fees or hide them until checkout.
We handle all loading, setup at your venue, and teardown at the end. You do nothing but enjoy the games.
We deliver across Allen County and the neighboring towns around Fort Wayne every week. However far you are from downtown, we bring the same lineup of 15 classic games and set it up on site.
Minutes east of downtown Fort Wayne, New Haven hosts us for school celebrations, church youth nights, and apartment-community resident events. The trailer parks easily in a school lot or church parking field.
Huntertown's growing neighborhoods and local campuses are a great fit for both single-event trailers and long-term cabinet placements in community spaces and waiting areas.
School events and church lock-ins in Leo-Cedarville bring whole families out. We set the trailer up in the lot before the first game starts and tear it down after the last one ends.
The restaurants, breweries, and office parks along the southwest side call on us for patio nights, employee appreciation days, and bar tournaments. The trailer tucks into any standard parking lot.
In DeKalb County, Auburn's restaurants, breweries, and corporate campuses — plus fair-week crowds — are a natural fit for both one-night trailer events and long-term cabinet placements in bars and waiting areas.
Huntington schools, churches, and community centers along the Wabash bring us in for after-proms, fall festivals, and youth night lock-ins — the same free-play setup we run across the region.
Columbia City sits within our free-delivery radius, making it one of our most-booked nearby towns for parties, school events, and business placements. See what we offer there on our Columbia City arcade rentals page.
The proof is in the photos: we've set up classic cabinets for a birthday party right here in Fort Wayne — the same Turtles in Time, NBA Jam, and Street Fighter II lineup we'd bring to your event.
Fort Wayne's tech corridor and manufacturing campuses are a natural fit for the arcade trailer. Employee appreciation days, quarterly all-hands celebrations, and summer cookouts hit different when 15 classic games are parked outside. HR teams love it because everyone plays — from the intern who grew up on Fortnite to the VP who remembers pumping quarters into Pac-Man in 1982.
We work around your parking lot, pavilion, or indoor event space. The trailer is self-contained — power and a level surface are all we need.
Youth directors across Allen County rely on us for lock-ins, fall kickoffs, and after-service hangouts. The arcade trailer keeps middle and high schoolers genuinely engaged — no phones glued to faces, just heads-up competition on NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, and TMNT. We can add an outdoor game package (giant Jenga, cornhole, Spikeball) to fill the parking lot side-by-side with the trailer.
Fort Wayne hosts visiting the nearby lake communities — Sylvan Lake, Lake Wawasee, Lake James — are booking arcade games as a permanent amenity. Guests searching for “fun Airbnb near Fort Wayne” click on listings that mention arcade games. A 3-game monthly rental at $100/month earns back its cost the first weekend a family books because of it. We deliver, set up, and maintain everything — you just add it to the listing photos.
