COLUMBIA CITY, INDIANA ▸ ARCADE RENTALS
Columbia City sits right at the edge of our free-delivery radius — the full 15-game arcade trailer rolls into the Whitley County seat for after-prom, church youth nights, library programs, and long-term business placements, with no mileage fee to worry about.
We're based in North Webster, Indiana (ZIP 46555) — Columbia City is roughly 25 miles away via SR-5, the main north–south road straight down from Lake Wawasee. South Whitley, Larwill, and the surrounding Whitley County communities sit right in that same corridor, so anything on that side of the county is just as close.
Delivery is completely free inside our 25-mile radius of ZIP 46555, and Columbia City sits at the very edge of it — there's no mileage line item to add to your quote. Because we're this close, we can usually turn around a last-minute booking faster than we can for markets further out, and long-term monthly placements pencil out especially well here: no delivery fee eats into the monthly math.
We handle all loading, setup at your venue, and teardown at the end — Columbia City customers never touch a cabinet.
After-prom committees at Columbia City High School and the schools across Whitley County book the Level 6 trailer package — a 24-hour rental — to keep students on campus all night instead of scattering to unsupervised parties. The trailer arrives before the dance ends and runs until sunrise, which gives chaperones a reason to relax and gives seniors a reason to actually stay.
Spring prom season books up early across Indiana, and Whitley County is no exception — committees typically lock in their date by February, so we'd rather hear from you too early than too late.
Youth directors across Whitley County rely on us for lock-ins, fall kickoffs, and after-service hangouts. The arcade trailer keeps middle and high schoolers genuinely engaged — no phones glued to faces, just heads-up competition on NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, and TMNT. We can add an outdoor game package (giant Jenga, cornhole, Spikeball) to fill the parking lot side-by-side with the trailer.
Columbia City's library and youth programs are a natural fit for the same kind of long-term, free-play setup we ran at the North Manchester Public Library, which rented classic cabinets for the entire month of September 2026 — giving patrons a reason to stop in and stay. Galaga, Pac-Man, and more right between the shelves turn a quiet afternoon into a community draw. See the real install on our past events page.
Local restaurants, waiting rooms, and coffee shops in Columbia City are also renting games long-term — 3 games on free play for $100/month, with a 6-month minimum. A cabinet in the corner gives diners and customers something to remember while they wait.
