DELIVERY TO INDIANAPOLIS

We're based in North Webster, Indiana (ZIP 46555) — Indianapolis is roughly 110 miles down US-31 and I-65. We make the drive regularly for larger corporate events and resident-experience activations where the trailer makes a real impression.

Delivery is free within 25 miles of our base. Indianapolis falls 85 miles outside that radius, which works out to $340 round trip (85 mi × $2/mile each way). That cost is quoted in your booking confirmation — no line-item surprises at the last minute. For multi-day activations, the delivery fee is fixed regardless of how many days we're on site, which makes longer events the best value.

We handle all loading, setup, and teardown. Your only job is to keep everyone away from the power cord.

SERVING THE INDY METRO

Indianapolis isn't one event market — it's a ring of suburbs, each with its own schools, churches, office parks, and apartment communities. We bring the same 15-game trailer and cabinet setups across the metro. Here's what fits where.

Carmel — corporate campuses and apartment-community events. The office parks along US-31 and Keystone are ideal for employee-appreciation days and resident welcome events in the big multi-unit communities.
Fishers — corporate campuses and apartment-community events. With the business parks on I-69 and 116th Street plus the growing apartment corridor, we regularly fit celebration days, leasing-event weekends, and team-building afternoons.
Noblesville — community and school events near the square and the high school, plus apartment resident days in the newer neighborhoods.
Westfield — church festivals and school events (including after-proms around the high school), plus apartment-community gatherings.
Brownsburg — school and church events. The high school and the many churches in town are a strong fit for carnival nights, youth events, and after-proms.
Avon — school and church events. Avon schools and local churches regularly host family nights and community gatherings that the trailer fits perfectly.
Greenwood — apartment-community events and private celebrations around the south side, including resident appreciation days in the large multi-unit complexes.

WHY IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE

Because of the delivery distance, Indy-area bookings make the most sense as multi-hour or multi-day trailer stays — not a quick two-hour stop. For a 110-mile trip, the delivery fee is fixed no matter how many hours or days we're on site, so the longer you keep the games, the better the value per hour. That makes Indianapolis a natural fit for a full-day or weekend offer.

A Saturday into Sunday 2-Day Weekend stay, for example, runs $800 for all 15 games on free play, plus the $340 round-trip delivery fee — an honest all-in total of around $1,140 for two full days of unlimited play, delivered, set up, and torn down.

Multi-day trailer stay options for the Indianapolis metro:

2-Day Weekend (All 15 games · Friday evening through Sunday) — $800 Festivals, church weekends, reunions.
3-Day Event (All 15 games · 3 days on site) — $1,100 Long weekends, fair week, multi-day tournaments.
5-Day Event (All 15 games · 5 days on site) — $1,800 VBS, school spirit week, summer camp sessions.
Full Week (All 15 games · 7 days on site) — $2,500 County fairs, week-long camps, grand-opening weeks.

Single-evening events still work well for office holiday parties and corporate events in town — but if you have the space, a weekend stay spreads the fun across two days and gets the most from the delivery trip. See the full breakdown on the rates page.

WHO BOOKS US IN INDIANAPOLIS

OFFICE PARTIES & CORPORATE EVENTS

Indianapolis companies — from downtown tech startups to suburban manufacturer campuses — book the arcade trailer for employee appreciation days, team-building afternoons, and holiday parties. An arcade breaks the ice better than any catered lunch. Employees who normally eat at their desks will linger in the parking lot or event space for hours when NBA Jam is on the screen.

December office holiday parties are one of our busiest windows of the year across the metro — the full 15-game trailer turns a banquet room, gym, or warehouse floor into a staff favorite. See how we run holiday parties and corporate events on our corporate events page.

We can set up indoors or outdoors. The trailer is fully self-contained: just point us to a level surface and an electrical outlet. No A/V team, no complicated logistics — we handle it.

APARTMENT COMPLEX RESIDENT EVENTS

Property managers across Indianapolis use the arcade trailer for lease renewal events, move-in welcome parties, and summer resident appreciation days. When residents see the trailer pull up, they post it on social media before we've even plugged in — free organic marketing for your community.

Multi-unit communities in Broad Ripple, Carmel, Fishers, and Greenwood have all used us. The trailer fits in any standard parking lot, and the 6-hour Level 5 package covers a full afternoon event from setup through teardown.

AFTER-PROM & SCHOOL EVENTS

Suburban schools across the metro — from Brownsburg and Avon to Westfield and Fishers — book the trailer for after-prom, keeping students on site all night on free play instead of drifting to unplanned parties. The 24-hour Level 6 package covers the full overnight window. See how we run after-prom rentals for Indiana schools.

PRIVATE PARTIES & MILESTONE EVENTS

Indianapolis birthday parties, graduation celebrations, rehearsal dinners with a twist, and backyard bashes — we bring the arcade to you. Adults who grew up in the 80s and 90s lose their minds when they see Galaga and Street Fighter side by side. Kids who've never touched a joystick discover that classic games are just as addictive as anything on their phone.

We stock a claw machine you can fill with candy, branded prizes, or gift cards — a huge hit at milestone birthday parties and corporate giveaway events.
