NAPPANEE, INDIANA ▸ ARCADE RENTALS
Right in Indiana's Amish country, Nappanee gets the full 15-game arcade trailer for Apple Festival week, church and community events, and school fundraisers — with free delivery since we're only about 20 miles up the road.
We're based in North Webster, Indiana (ZIP 46555) — Nappanee is roughly 20 miles northwest, an easy run up through Elkhart County that keeps our schedule flexible even for a short-notice booking.
Delivery is completely free inside our 25-mile radius of ZIP 46555, and Nappanee falls well within it — nothing added to your quote for mileage. That's also why Nappanee restaurants, churches, and community buildings are some of the most cost-effective long-term placements we offer: the whole monthly rate goes toward the games, not the drive.
We handle all loading, setup at your venue, and teardown at the end — you do nothing but enjoy the games.
The Nappanee Apple Festival draws crowds downtown every year, and it's exactly the kind of multi-day event our 5-Day and Full Week trailer packages are built for — one delivery fee, all 15 games running from the opening parade through the last night. Festival organizers like that the claw machine can be stocked with their own prizes, turning it into a fundraiser as well as an attraction.
We work with festival committees on placement and power ahead of time so the trailer sits cleanly alongside the craft booths and food vendors without crowding the walkways.
Churches and community halls across Nappanee and the surrounding Amish country host fall festivals, youth group lock-ins, and fellowship nights that lean on the arcade trailer to keep teens and families engaged without a screen in sight that isn't ours. It's the same setup we recently ran for the Harvest Church Youth Group in nearby Goshen — see the photo below.
We can add the outdoor game package (cornhole, giant Jenga, Spikeball) to fill a churchyard or parking lot alongside the trailer for a full-day event.
NorthWood schools in the Wa-Nee Community School Corporation use the arcade trailer for spirit nights, PBIS reward days, and booster-club fundraisers. Because all games run on free play, there's no cash handling for staff to manage — the school just charges admission or ties the event to a fundraising drive, and every game inside is unlimited play for however long the trailer is booked.
Yes. Our free-delivery radius is 25 miles from North Webster, and Nappanee is only about 20 miles away. The rates below are your full cost — no mileage charge added.
Absolutely — our 5-Day and Full Week packages are built for exactly that. One delivery fee (which, for Nappanee, is $0) covers every day the trailer is on site.
Yes. We coordinate directly with school staff on scheduling, power, and placement for spirit nights, reward days, and booster fundraisers.
That's our most common booking. The Level 4 or Level 5 trailer package (3 or 6 hours) covers a typical youth-group night, and setup takes minutes once we arrive.
