ANDERSON, INDIANA ▸ ARCADE RENTALS
The full 15-game arcade trailer rolls into Anderson — the Madison County seat, northeast of Indianapolis — for birthday parties, corporate and holiday parties, school carnivals, and after-prom. One trip, zero hassle, no quarters needed.
We're based in North Webster, Indiana (ZIP 46555). Anderson is roughly 100 miles away in Madison County, northeast of Indianapolis, and we do make the trip — but we want to be straight with you about what it costs.
Delivery is free within 25 miles of our base. Anderson falls 75 miles outside that radius, so the honest delivery cost is $300 round trip (75 mi × $2/mile each way). We quote this upfront — no surprises on your invoice. Most competitors bury delivery fees or hide them until checkout. For large events and multi-day bookings the fee lands on a bigger package, and we're happy to work the numbers with you.
We handle all loading, setup at your venue, and teardown at the end. You do nothing but enjoy the games. See the full delivery policy on our rates page.
Anderson's birthday parties are where the arcade trailer shines — a backyard or drive filled with 15 classic games turns a party from a couple hours of awkward small talk into the one the kid (and the parents) remember all year. A 3-hour Level 4 trailer rental or a few individual cabinets works great for a birthday crowd of any size.
We deliver, set up, and tear down — you just handle the cake. Guests play for free, so there's no cash box or token drama to manage.
Anderson's employers and event organizers book us for company celebrations, team-building days, and holiday parties alike. A warehouse floor, pavilion, or indoor event space full of arcade cabinets gives everyone something to do — from the intern who grew up on Fortnite to the VP who remembers pumping quarters into Pac-Man in 1982. See our holiday party page for how the trailer fits a seasonal celebration.
We work around your parking lot, pavilion, or indoor event space. The trailer is self-contained — power and a level surface are all we need.
School carnivals and after-prom committees across Madison County book the arcade trailer to keep students engaged and on campus. A 24-hour Level 6 trailer rental keeps seniors at the after-prom all night instead of scattering to unsupervised parties, and carnival night draws a crowd when NBA Jam and Mortal Kombat are set up alongside the bounce houses.
All prices below are for the rental itself. Add the $300 delivery fee for Anderson and your total is clear before you book. A 50% deposit reserves your date; the rest is due on the day of your event.
We deliver individual cabinets to your indoor or covered space.
